I cannot believe that DOCTORS DON’T TELL YOU THIS !!

……. and few practices that I incorporated and it worked was — “#*^%$#$%^&*&^%$#……..^&*!@#$

Okay was -

  1. Tibetan Breathing
  2. Lord Magnesium and Supplemental Power Ups(And Downs)
  3. Expressing (Its Absolute Magic)
  4. NO ROUTINE (Surprise Segment)
  5. Eat Fruits
  1. Tibetan Breathing — “Tummo” Breathing is one of greatest human sciences available out there . But it takes around 2 months to not refer the steps and do it self. Be Patient ! DO IT in EMPTY STOMACH ! If you faint doing it ……ITS GOOD .Do it by the side of cushion chair or bed(preferably) and stay DOWN Happily!
  2. Magnesium and Calcium — Eat human portions(or less) based on your weight .Magnesium is best for IBS .Calcium works awesome to help attaining “ph” balance in your body !
  3. Expressing (Its Absolute Magic)- Do a podcast or sing a song in your room ! This balances the chakras and trust me this has been magical ! This breaks the bond between Chakra and Brain. Help rewiring anxiety and pauses PANIC reaction of our psychosomatics !
  4. NO ROUTINE (Surprise Segment)Free Fall — Suddenly do a 5 mins yoga ! Jog ! Run ! Yawn ! And feel yourselves ! Appreciate ! Laugh ! Forgive ! Do this any number times .More than 5 times in a day . This will relax the hell out !
  5. Eat Fruits — No Matter What…. Eat Fruits in your breakfast as if they were prescription pills. Only logic here is that the portions should 10% of your body weight !
  6. Drink Warm Water — At least 30% of fluid or water(plain) water that we intake can be warm water. And at least once chew a little(5 sq mm) Cardamom Stick (or pinch of pepper) ……And add a spoon full of honey and lemon to warm water to drink it .Hola IBS ,GERD…… other psychosomatic diseases are gone ! Cheers !
